Checking Out City Market & KC's Power And The Power And Light District

Wow, this was quite the experience. We OOwed and Aughed at all there was to see. This is a part of KC that I was never familiar with. I frequent the plaza area but this, was such a different delightful atmosphere. Both areas have wonderfully different and unique things to offer.

Ok, back to City Market and the P&LD. There was numerous little coffee shops/wine bistro's/speciality shops everywhere; Which is just my cup of tea. Along with an open air market full of fresh produce, Thai food, Asian inspired dishes, Italian cuisine, mini museum of sorts, the list really could go on. You really can't take everything in during your first visit, there is just too much to look at and buy (sorry HH, but sometimes a girl just can't say "no" to those perfect pair of pumps that I spotted in one of those cute little boutiques, they really were calling my name). With the reoccurring illusion of lights spread out for miles, Wow. There was even a flat screen T.V. outside that had to be as big as a basketball court. Not so much football field but I would say definitely say basketball court. If you are ever given the opportunity to check out these areas....You heard it here first...Check it out...

Enjoy
