This is my mission on this the second weekend of June! The hostesses with the mostesses, have left the farmstead premise and thus have given us the exciting job of tackling the nursery. That's right, it's time to put together all of the wonderful presents that our little whippersnapper received. And attempting to put some sort of order within our tiny tykes room. This could be a difficult task considering, every endeavor so far has ended in my distraction towards tranquil pieces of fabric. You see recently I have developed an obsession with all cuddly, soothing baby blankets! They are just so soft, I want to snuggle up with them, hence becoming distracted from the real task at hand, organizing the baby's room! You see, I begin to envision our little boy swaddled in his oh so dreamy cover, gazing at his mommy and daddy, cooing contently. Then I ponder upon what he is going to look like? Will he have daddy's long palm's or mommy's elf ear's? The hypothesis really start flowing throughout my partially creative left brain self. Can you see where this becomes a problem? I would prefer to day dream as opposed to the actual task at hand, hefty pickle that I put myself in.
